The Municipal Management System brings a municipality’s internal work together on the web and on the phone—from personnel and leave to tasks, IT, activity reports and investment projects. It connects to the systems you already use, gives management AI-assisted summaries, and is in live use at a municipality.

01

Scattered personnel data

Records, payroll and leave live separately in the state personnel system, the ERP and the subsidiaries’ accounting—none of them knows the others.

02

Approvals on paper

Leave, transfer and record-change forms travel from desk to desk, and nobody knows where one is waiting.

03

Untracked tasks and requests

Tasks and fault reports get lost in phone calls and messaging groups, and ownership becomes unclear.

04

No overall picture

The mayor’s office cannot see on one current screen what each directorate is working on, and reports arrive late.

Modules are enabled per institution. Every user only sees the screens their role and permissions allow.

  • KamuTech ERPHR data for workers and civil servants, monthly payroll and leave entitlements.

7 roles, permission groups and 69 separate permissions define precisely who may see and change what.

  3. 03

    Strong sign-in

  4. 04

    Data protection processes

Notice and acknowledgement flow for users, a PDF archive of acknowledgements, separate permissions for sensitive fields.

    Audit trail

Every create, update and delete is recorded chronologically with who and when.

  1. 01

    Analysis

Together we map your current software, approval chains and organisational structure.

  2. 02

Personnel, payroll and accounting sources are connected; units, roles and permissions are defined.

  3. 03

    Go-live

We start with the priority modules and train users unit by unit.

  4. 04

    Support

Needs that surface in daily use turn into new modules and improvements.

In the first installation, phase one went live within three months.

The modules below are in development or planning; their order follows the priorities of the institutions using the system.

  • Planned

    Citizens’ voice

Collecting citizen requests, suggestions and complaints and routing them to units.

  • Planned

    AI chief-of-staff

A briefing prepared from the day’s data and delivered to the mayor’s office every morning.

  • Planned

    Knowledge base

An assistant that answers natural-language questions about regulations and service guides.

  • Planned

    Time and attendance

Monthly working hours and overtime from access-control data and leave records.

  • Planned

    Phone system reporting

Reporting on call durations and operator performance.

Can we choose modules individually?

Yes. Modules are enabled per institution; start with the ones you need and extend over time.

Do we have to replace our current software?

No. The system pulls data from existing sources such as SAYSİS, your ERP and accounting software instead of replacing them. If you use different products, we plan the integration during setup.

Is the app published under our municipality’s name?

Yes. The app is published in the App Store and on Google Play with your institution’s name and identity.

How is personal data protected?

There is a notice and acknowledgement flow, access control at database level, separate permissions for sensitive fields and an audit trail for every action. We review alignment with your own data-processing records during setup.

How long does a rollout take?

It depends on the modules and integrations chosen. In the first installation, phase one went live within three months.

How is it priced?

We prepare an offer for each institution based on the selected modules, the number of staff and the integrations.

Let’s plan a short demo and an initial analysis based on your institution’s structure.
