The challenge
Today's car marketplaces are digitised newspaper ads. A seller posts a listing, buyers filter and search every day, and everything after that—calls, negotiation, inspection, paperwork, payment—is left to people. Dealers spend their days changing filters. Yet the system could know from the start who wants what at which price, and who is willing to sell.
The approach
Fahreno works like an order book for cars. A saved search becomes a buy order with criteria, a maximum price and conditions; sellers see how much real demand exists before they list. Each user gets an AI agent that researches, scores and drafts offers within limits the user sets. One rule is not negotiable: AI prepares, a human approves. Nothing binding leaves the platform without an explicit action, AI-drafted content is labelled, and every decision is written to an audit log.

The outcome
Fahreno is live at fahreno.de. Buyer, seller, dealer, partner and admin areas run on one server-rendered, SEO-first codebase: public pages stay cacheable, search returns identical results from PostgreSQL and OpenSearch, and sending only the translations a page needs cut the home page payload from 189 KB to 62 KB.
