The challenge
Public institutions and large organisations run software under conditions most products never meet: very large user numbers, data volumes that outgrow a single database, legacy systems that cannot simply be switched off, and processes defined by regulation. The work has to be reliable first and modern second.
The approach
Over more than a decade, this work ranged from data architecture and integration at national institutions to leading the software unit of a municipality. The common thread: understand the existing landscape, integrate rather than replace where possible, and build services that citizens and staff can actually use.
